THYME has just released their first full-length album on 3rd September 2008. I only came to know about this J-pop band when I started watching To Love-ru, whereby they sang the song titled “forever we can make it” for the anime intro theme^_^”.

THYME - first 9uality

Below are some of the songs I like from the album. Listen and agree with me XD!

My favorite is Fly but I like forever we can make it too. I listen to both of them over and over while driving ^^

I think the song is called ‘Fly Away’ rather than ‘Fly’, but this song is really good :) Other songs from the album I’m really digging are “Seiten” (Track #1) and The Last Day. Not quite sure about some of the others (they sound a bit too generic) but these songs are the signature pieces for me so far from this album.

I would like to hear some more male backup vocals in some of their future songs, just to have some variation, although there is no doubt that Thyme has a lovely voice.
