Okay just when all were discussing at the post where I posted two screens (without controls/buttons) and called it the “new ds”, the final product has been announced. It is known as the DSi! And there is even Wifi! Of course overall, the DSi is more polished and improved compared to the DS Lite. There is also a SD slot and internal storage for you to store audio and image files. Sweet.

You can head over to the official Japanese DSi site for a better preview of the model itself. They have a flash animation where you can see the the DS Lite and how it has been improved to become DSi.

The DSi will come in white or black finishes, and will cost 18,900 yen when it launches in Japan on November 1st – the rest of us will have to wait until next year.

Will you buy this new DS? Or will you stick around for PSP-3000? ^^*cough* Wonder whether it is still R4 usable XD. If you don’t know what is R4, google DS Lite and R4.

    Meh… I hate capitalism…
I hate how they always release better things later =/
For the people that bought earlier its not fair…

:( no buys this cheesebag product.

At a price tag of 18,900 yen, you’re better off saving some money then buying a PS3 or a Wii. Pointless having a camera on a DS. My phone camera better. :(
