Its been a while since the original series end… I think a year by now, but the wait was worth it. This ova meets or maybe even exceeds the awesomeness of some of the best episodes of the original series. More randomness… Otaku related puns… and moe xD

The ova was about 40 some minutes long, but like a normal episode it was split into multiple smaller segments… like mini-episodes. In the first part everyone visits Iwasaki. The main focus is on her dog Cherry who is very lazy… Miyuki is the first one who shows up and decides to share some of her cookies with Cherry.

Trying… to steal… her cookies o.o?

This scene put me in despair… because the subbers seemed to have passed over the Sayonara Zetsubou Reference of ZETSUBOU SHITA!!! Dx

She sings to cute Cherry chan… I swear this is something I would do if no one was lookingXD

I think he just has a thing for cookies from eyeglass type girls with long hair. Apparently cherry is sick and doesn’t eat much. That was kind of sad D=

Next segment was awesome. They all decide to play an MMORPG online together with sensei.

Lol… Tsukasa like meatXD (Monster Hunter anyone? zenical inserts)

Tsukasa is completely clueless about what the heck she’s supposed to do the entire time. She doesn’t even know how to chat untill Konata tells her. And by level 10 they make a comment that she’s not stronger than level 1… apparently she didn’t know you have to spend your level up points to get strongerXD

Third part was really the core of the episode. The series poster is showing this actually. Kagami is home alone because her family went out… she locks the door and just sits down to watch tv when Konata randomly shows up dressed her her Yuki Magician outfit.

Konata tells her she’s there to bring her to the dance (kind of like Cinderella.) and she prepares some funky magic “chariot.” Kagami refuses to leave her house and kicks Konata out. Konata has no choice but to resort to drastic measures.

Konata magically puts wheels under her house and drives it down the road. She says that if Kagami won’t leave her house to go to the dance she’ll just bring her hosue to the dance. Kagami finally gives and goes with her.

lol… Kagami really wants to go to the dance XD?

Final Ball dress is Miku! But Konata’s magic wand breaks and she has to stay that way o.o

When they get to the dance its really a wrestling match to decide who will marry King Kusakabe… Kagami is even more irritated. She makes the excuse that if she doesn’t leave right away her magic will fade by Midnight. On the way home their magic really does run out… unfortunatly Kagami’s house is really in the middle of the road. Konata tells her a magic spell she can say to reset the entire night. Since that’s her only choice she yells it nice and loud.

@_@… Apparently that whole night was really a dream… and she ended up yelling that in real life.

Epic reactionXD She was sitting near her and heard it all. Tsukasa promises not to tell anyone, but Kagami chases after her trying to explain she’s not a pervert.

Fourth part was all about Tsukasa and Volley ball. Apparently Tsukasa fails at it… especially if you compare her to how awesome Kagami is at it. The teams are split with Kagami and Miyuki on one team, and Konata, Tsukasa, and Kusakabe on another team.

Part Five, probably the shortest one. Their regular group of four is on a school hiking trip and they get lost in the mountains. Apparently Konata forgot the compas on the bus and refused to follow the trail. Cell phones also have no reception.

All they can do to ignore their fate of dieing in the woods is tell ghost stories and scare the crap out of Tsukasa of coursexD

Eventually they get reception and Sensei finds them and lectures them till their ears fall off.

Last part… Probably the weirdest part of the entire ova. I want to say that its paradying Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei because of the weird/random factor and old fashion text screens… But honestly SZS paradies everything too… so what they’re paradying may be a parady of a parady perhapsXD?

Without any explanation they all get teleported into the frog cage and are transformed into frogs themself? Yeah… This makes no sense at all…. but is still very cuteXD

I actually looked up wawawa wasuremono to see what it was referencing, and it was referencing one of the lucky star endings here where he sang that song:

And then I realized that it was origenally said in the Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya here… coincidently he has the same voice actor as Minoru or rather the same voice as himself since he plays him self in lucky starXD, but he was Taniguchi in Haruhi:

Very last few seconds of the episode this guy shows up wanting to sell to “Legendary Shoujo A!” in their MMORPG… but after days of waiting for her to respond to him he realizes that she’s afk xD

End of the episode… Lucky Channel… Was Live action o.oKind of weird… and the sub I had did not have this subbed, so I didn’t even bother watching. (I was never a big fan of Lucky Channel anywaysXD)
