Hobby Japan November 2008 Vol. 473
First ever Hobby Japan Magazine I bought, I am impressed. May considering investing in this magazine in the future. Though one may put it this way – See no touch, waste of money. Yup. There are tons of gundams previews and also figurines previews in the magazine! Me – a fan of gundam and figurine.. Find this magazine worthwhile XD. Anyway it’s also cheaper than Figure Maniacs, which cost 1,500 yen for an issue. Two times the cost of HJ, and still you pay more, yet you still can’t touch anything XD.
Pictures shall do the talking! First off, Macross models. Are they called that? I just know they’re from Macross. =X Need to watch the anime too, one of these days..
Don’t forget Gundam! And of course, what else but Gundam 00? Season 2! ^^ 00 Gundam~
HG 1/144 00 Gundam, out last month.
Also a preview of the no grade 1/100 00 Gundam due for release in November.
HG 1/144 Cherudim Gundam out this month, Arios in December.
Slimmed down version of Virtue still has an even slimmer version of inner him – Gundam Nadleh Akwos. Wow -_-.
Dynames with GN Arms, out last month. Lockon T_T
Besides Gundam, there’s also figurines! C.C from Code Geass (wants!)
Limited Edition Revoltech Haruhi. Comes with the Wii game which will be out in November. Preorder yet?
She comes with different busts – so you need to get your wallets ready for magazines hoots too. Comptiq, Newtype, The Sneaker, etc.
Figma Miyuki, out next month! Expecting more for the Lucky Star family. Yes ><.
Wait, is this what I think it is? Scale figurine of Konata and Kagami?! O_O
Nendoroid Tsukasa and Miyuki. Thank goodness I did not buy Konata and Kagami previously. I love Konata and Kagami more than Tsukasa and Miyuki :P
Nendoroid Pixel Mari-tan and Saber. Mari-tan has Limited and Normal Versions. Limited version will be out in February 2009. Preorders have began since October 14 2008, will close on November 17 2008. Normal version will be out in March 2009. Many nendoroid poisons next year!
Before I end, this article caught my eye. POWER RANGER! I have that zoid! Omg. It’s somewhere in my house. I have to dig for it.
Well that ends Hobby Japan November issue. Hope you had fun looking at the pictures ^^. Anyone here purchases Hobby Japan on a monthly basis?
No, except I’ve purchased a Konata Izumi figurine at Hobby Link Japan, and I think it will take months before I get it delivered, but it’s not the same, right? ;)

I think Nadleeh Akwos is like a different version and not what’s inside Seravee.
like the
Gundam Avalanche Exia
Gundam Dynames Torpedo
Gundam Kyrios Gust
Gundam Throne Eins Turbulenz
Throne Varanus
Just a thought though
[Reply]
@ Rin: YEAH LS FIGURE? :O
@ Cshen: Hm I think you’re right XD. I still think Seravee will have a slimmer inner him.. He will (i believe XD)
