Would like to comment on the English part. :p I think they actually had Koyuki and some of the other guys do bad English on purpose. Cause, Ryusuke, Maho and Maho's friends were actually speaking English quite fluently. I'm guessing they wanted to keep it that way so that the image of Koyuki being a high school student will be stronger.
