I watched it recently and i was fortunate enough to get to watch Bake Neko first (Mononoke's predecessor) but then i continued watching the 2 other stories ('Yotsuya Kaidan' and 'something-monogatari), boy oh boy. I don't want to be mean to the two other stories but, boy oh boy. It gets <em>especially </em>worse when you first watch Bake Neko and you expect the other 2 stories to be in the same vein. Though i should have expected this a little since i was outright (kinda) informed that all 3 stories within the Ayakashi anime are made totally different by different people from each other. But at least you get Bake Neko, the first meeeting point with Kusuri Uri-san (Gawd, i love him!) But that could damn well just be me. ^^ So, hopefully you continue watching Ayakashi and re-watching Mononoke, 'cos i heard somewere (mononoke's LJ comm., i think) that, according to one of Mononoke's artist (i've got her blog add. somewhere...) there might be a second season of Mononoke!! Yay!! So, have you watched Ayakashi yet?
