Chihara Minori 茅原実里
The star for this week’s Seiyuu Sunday is Minorin!! For those who don’t know who she is, she’s a seiyuu and a singer. Her last notable performance was at DaiCon. The reviews from fellow bloggers about the entire event wasn’t so great though.

These are the characters she’s voiced in Anime(s) I’ve watched before with the except of Tenjho Tenge. First time I’ve noticed her would most definitely be when she voiced Nagato-san in Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuutsu. Nagato is still my favourite among the 3 Haruhi Girls. Haha. Then her next most memorable role for me would be Chiaki! Zenical just made a post about the Chiaki Nendroid. Get it for Minorin! Personally I didn’t really like the character of Chiaki much cause of her usual emotionless face to everything, but I just loved hearing how Minorin voiced her.

Her latest notable performance would be Animelo Summer Live 2009.
And while Daicon was indeed lacking as an animu convention, the Minorin parts were perfect. People seems to forget it’s a university students project, not a highly-marketed, company-funded event.. being able to invite someone at her scale is a real achievement ;)
