Final Fantasy XIII OST [27.01.10]
Final Fantasy XIII coming in a few days time. How are you preparing for the game? Gotten you big screen TV yet? With every game, you will definitely need the OST. Music goes along with the game! Final Fantasy XIII OST will be out on January 27 2010. There are a total of 5 discs in the Limited Edition, or 4 discs in the Regular Edition.

You can listen to the sample songs at the Official OST Website. There are a total of 10 songs you get to preview. Loving some of the tracks already – as I have tried out the demo, I recognised some of the tracks ;)
Retail price of the Limited Edition OST is going at a price of 5,250 yen while the Regular Edition OST is going at a price of 3,990 yen.

The additional disc in the Limited Edition is a drama CD with a retelling of the Encounter story of the prologue novel. This is just one of the seven stories that will be included in the print version of the novel.

I really want this. Like… it’s the missing part of my soul o_o
I’ve become a massive Hamauzu fanboy and I now have the opportunity to buy a brand new collection of his work? Which comes out on my birthday (THAT’S A SIGN)? Yeah, definitely getting this.
Though I can’t decide which version to order. As I don’t understand Japanese very well, the printed novel or the drama CD won’t really do me any good. But the packaging is so lovely… Then again, the ordinary edition looks pretty lovely too :P

Hey hey now Zen. None of that. :P I’ve given you my reasons for not being able to buy things. And just to tell you, i buy plenty of stuff from groups i like here in the US, so there.
Either way, i’m looking forward to the OST a bit more than the game as of right now. Though… i can’t wait to actually have FF XIII in my hot little hands.
