Yeah true. I couldn’t stand half the OPs when I first started watching anime, after a while, most OPs started to grow on me. 70% of all my Japanese songs on my iPod all stem from the OPs I’ve listened/watched.

Hmmm. KHR does have nice songs. Maybe it’s cause I’m very biased towards anything KHR-related, but I’ve always felt that their OP choices always fit the arc in which the story was in.

mm. Honestly felt that Stereopony did a stellar job singing the song. The PV for the full song’s pretty awesome as well.

Haha. I usually skip the ED period, unless its by a group I know.

I don’t know, maybe its cause the animation isnt as catchy as in the OPs that’s why i skip the EDs.

unless the op/ed is really boring or annoying, i think it works well to watch both of them if it’s only coming on once a week. i mean, some of my favorite music can stem from just listening to those songs a few times, even though many of them i couldn’t stand when i first heard them.

i thought khr is some good stuff for most op/ed, although for some reason the tracks don’t seem as strong as it could be.

I may be one of the few people who almost always watches the OP before the episode =P (but if I’m marathoning, I just watch it once). It’s a tradition that my anime club does so it sort of stuck. I’ll usually skip the ED though unless it’s a new one I haven’t seen before.

I like most of the OPs you have here. Nyan Koi! OP is fun, Darker than Black 2 OP has okay visuals but a fantastic song, and FMA OP4 has great visuals and song.

nahhh. Lotsa people I know just skip the OP and ED in favor of saving time for watching more anime. It’s common. Haha.

Yea. Brotherhood is pretty good. It’s following the manga so far, which I’m a big fan of. I do think that the anime should stop soon though. It’s getting to a point where they’re about to have either, 1. Not enough manga material to animate hence going Anime Original stuff or 2. Covering the material chapter by chapter which moves pretty slowly but could also work.

Yea. hence the whole ‘at the moment’ thing.

There are a few pre-09 OPs that do appeal to me,

BOYS&GIRLS by LM.C, Ichirin no Hana by HaMC, Sousei no Aquarion by Akino. They’re all pre-09 right?
