Looks like Love Plus is more than just your normal average DS game. The latest new feature of Love Plus+ is that it lets you experience a weekend vacation with your 2D digital girlfriend. This is played out in real time, meaning you have to literally spend your weekend with her!

Not only that, the vacation spots are based off real life locations in Japan.

One activity producer Akari Uchida seems to be encouraging is that players actually travel to the date location, leading to a feedback effect that one could call compound reality.

Boyfriends who choose to follow Uchida’s suggestion and find themselves on the beaches of Atami in Shizuoka will want to stay at Ohnoya Hotel. Konami is holding a tie-up with the hotel and onsen facility.

Ohnoya Hotel’s Website shows the activities planned for those who bring their copy of the game with them. The announcement came from the hotel itself rather than Konami, so it might be possible that there will be other locations for you to bring your girl to. ;)

Well really interested to check this game out, but at the same time I know I can’t, because would you like it if a girl is “dating” a girl? XD.
