Yakuza 4 might be coming to the West pretty soon, but I was left wondering whether the Hostess bars would be cut out, like what Sega did to Yakuza 3. The US Playstation Blog reported that the hostess bars would be included in Yakuza 4.

It seems that the reason why the hostess bars were left out in Yakuza 3 because Sega didn’t believe we would understand them at all. But as what I read around the net, the hostess bars aren’t being cut this time round due to the fact that it’s the key to one of the lead character’s story arcs.

Either way, I’m thrilled that we would be getting a more complete game this time round. I still haven’t finish Yakuza 3, but I did saw the hostess bar in my Western release of Yakuza 3… And I’m unable to enter the bar >_>.
