Another figure from Alter to hit the reservation section today, it’s Saten Ruiko from the anime series Toaru Kagaku no Railgun. She’s not exactly my favorite character in the series, but she must as popular as my Onee-sama to even get a figure release. Does this means Misaka Mikoto [Alter Ver.] is coming?! :D I can only dream. Lol.
