[Loot] Madden NFL 11

I just got my copy of Madden NFL 11! Wow, it has been around 10 years since I last played an NFL video game so I can’t wait to see how much has been changed. It will be nice to see some familiar faces like Peyton Manning.

Above is the cover for the game, this year starring Drew Brees (and my knowledge on NFL players pretty much stops there =P). I think this will be one of those rare games that I will be constantly referring to the game manual. I would have referred to the in-game controls menu, but judging from the demo it is really difficult to navigate through.

With multiplayer now I can finally play with other people, but I wonder how will I fair. I am already having some problems with the AI on Pro (medium) difficulty.

This is the Online Pass that EA has incorporated into their EA Sports titles to encourage their customers to buy their games first hand. What happens is when you fire up the game for the first time, you can choose to redeem the Online Pass and that will launch the PlayStation Store. Look for the code behind the game manual and punch it in. You will download it as if it is some sort of DLC. No installation is required so you can jump right back into the game. Without this pass, your game will be labelled as a “free limited trial”.

As I have stated in my previous loot post, there are a few titles that I am planning to go back to. So far I have cleared Heavy Rain, and my next one shall be Uncharted 2. Well, I just hope there is enough time to cover them =(.

As me and my friends would say, to us it’s a competition to see between hockey and football, which sport is it that we know the least of. We’re ashamed to admit that we’ve been Canadians for at least a decade and those are the two most popular sports in North America >_>

Are these games really worth it though? Personally I’d rather go, you know, play the real thing.

And I agree! I have a football sitting at home but it’s difficult to find somebody to play with since the sport is pretty much non-existent here.

Dont worry you will get rather quickly. Sports games just seem confusing at first. Then agian i use to play most of the sports out there.

hmm I am ok with the game now, but the problem is the lag. Since its mostly Americans playing, it is really hard to get a no lag game.

wow you use to play most of the sports? nice o.o i’m lazy to learn the rules :(
