Many people would always place a great number of preorders and then they would cancel most of them. It's no wonder they weren't satisfied with that because it must have been doing a mess in their sales. Now, you either have to think twice when deciding what to order, or you have to use AmiAmi. It’s a shame that you cannot cancel your order at any time anymore, but I do understand their reasons for this move.
