This trailer focuses on the introduction of the four playable Umbrella Security Service officers.

So there is Spectre, Vector, Beltway and Bertha. As you can see from the beginning of the video, Vector has the ability to cloak which suggests that the other 3 characters probably have their own abilities as well. The Spec Ops team was also introduced in the video though only for a brief moment. At the end of the video, it shows the USS going after Leon and possibly “killed” him. If you did not know already, that is the whole objective of this game: kill Leon.
