Battlefield 3 To Require Online Pass. The End For 2nd-Hand Games?
Is this the end for 2nd-hand games? Battlefield 3 is just one of the many games added to the list requiring an online pass. Recent games requiring an online pass are Resistance 3 and Uncharted 3.
What does this means? If you don’t have the online pass you won’t get to enjoy some multiplayer fun. For Battlefield 3, if you don’t have the code, it’ll cost you 10 dollars.
EA games have implemented the online pass access for over a year now, it’s no surprise they’re pulling it off with Battlefield 3. But I do feel that the price of 2nd-hand games for those requiring online pass will drop tremendously. Even worse, most of the gamers wouldn’t sell off their game >_<.
