3rd Madoka Magica Film to Premiere on October 26 [Updated]

According to Toho Cinemas, the third film adaptation of Madoka Magica anime series will debut on Japanese theaters this October 26.

Unlike the first two previous films, the third film will feature entirely new content and serve as a sequel to the series.

Advance tickets will go on sale on the 6th of July, at a price of 1600 yen, in addition a clear file pre-order bonus will be bundled.

Update: Toho Cinemas has removed the October 26 listing. It is now slated for “Fall” release.
