According to the official website for Girl Friend BETA, it has been announced that a television anime adaptation has been green-lit.
More details will be unveiled at the anime’s production announcement press conference, which will be held at the Akihabara UDX Theater in Tokyo. The cast will also make an appearance at the conference, and the website promises to announce the “extravagant cast of voices” in the coming days.
Some seiyuu cast which you can expect to appear in the anime series:

Apparently, in the source code, it shows an October 2014 air date. Atleast that’s what I saw on Crunchyroll.
