Natsuiro Kiseki 5 Minutes Promo

Heads up for all Sphere fans, enjoy the 5 minute promo which has began streaming at the official website of Natsuiro Kiseki. The footage shows the seiyuu group at around 1:20 mark.

The anime will premiere this April. Sphere will be singing the OP and ED for the anime , so be sure to watch the anime if you’re a huge fan of Sphere :)

Blue Exorcist To Get Stage Play

Another anime/manga gets the stage play adaptation this year – that’s Blue Exorcist, as announced in the March issue of Shueisha’s Jump Square magazine.

The anime film of Blue Exorcist will also open this year.

Sora no Otoshimono Gets 3rd Season

A recent television commercial for the March issue of Monthly Shounen Ace magazine indicates that a 3rd season of Sora no Otoshimono has been given the green light.

The March issue will go on sale on Thursday, 26 January. The ad hints that the issue will contain an “important announcement”.

Bakuman Season 3 Confirmed For Fall

Bakuman Season 2 is currently airing. And what’s this? We have confirmation that Season 3 has been confirmed to air next Fall, according to the latest issue of Weekly Shounen Jump magazine.

The manga is still ongoing so I don’t see how they’re going to wrap things up nicely.. =/ Regardless, Bakuman is awesome and if you folks haven’t started, you should! Or read the manga ^^.

No Plans for K-ON! Season 3

On Friday, “Blackmore,” a staff member for the TBS broadcaster’s official website and BBS on the K-ON! anime, wrote that there are no current plans for a third season of the anime. The staff member was responding to a BBS poster’s question about a third season.

No way, 2 seasons and a movie which just premiered in Japan.. Come on bring Season 3! >_<.

Looks Like There Won’t Be Tales of Xillia Anime

Sorry folks, I know how hyped up all of us were over the announcement of the RPG game, Tales of Xillia, getting an anime conversation. That won’t be happening..

ANN has obtained the Viva Tales of Magazine and confirmed that it is not announcing an anime based on Namco Bandai Games’ Tales of Xillia game. Rather the issue talks about the recently released role-playing game for the PlayStation 3 console (as well as new animation footage that Production I.G is creating for January’s Tales of Innocence R game).

Well I guess we can only wait around for it to happen >_<.

Ben-To 3rd Promo Streamed

The official website for the television anime adaptation of Asaura’s Ben-To “school serious/gag action” light novel series has began streaming the anime’s third promotional video. The anime will premiere in Japan on Saturday, 8 October 2011.

Plot Summary

The story revolves around a poor high school student named Yō Satō (Hiro Shimono). Satō goes to the supermarket one day and discovers a bentō (boxed meal) on sale at half price. Just as he reaches to grab it, he ends up on the floor unconscious. Satō has just entered the fierce, no-holds-barred “supermarket survival battle” for half-price bentō.

Gonna watch this because of Hocchan’s presence!! Also here are the other two PVs which I did not post up.

Persona 4 Anime 5th Promo Video

Here is the 5th promo video of Persona 4 The Animation. The anime will premiere on Japan’s MBS station on 6 October 2011.

Why should you watch this? Because awesome seiyuu like Yui Horie (HOCCHAN!) is in this anime. Yes that will be my motivation to watch this ;)

More Hayate the Combat Butler! 3rd Season Green-Lit

Looks like we finally have confirmation on the 3rd season of Hayate the Combat Butler!

In April, manga creator Kenjirou Hata tweeted in reply to someone on twitter that a 3rd season would be coming after the movie.

The “99th volume” of Kenjirou Hata’s Hayate the Combat Butler manga announced on Saturday that production on a new anime has been green-lit. The manga volume is being distributed for free at the paired screenings of the Hayate the Combat Butler! Heaven is a Place on Earth film and the Mahō Sensei Negima! Anime Final film.

I am excited for more Hinagiku! (No not Nagi ^^)

2011 Hunter x Hunter Anime Premiere This October

Looks like Hunter X Hunter is getting a reboot. The upcoming television anime adaptation of the Hunter X Hunter manga will have a new staff and cast compared to the original 1999-2001 television anime, and it will retell the story from the manga from the beginning.

The anime will premiere on NTV on October 2 and run every Sunday at 10:55 a.m.

Hiroshi Koujina (Rainbow – Nisha Rokubō no Shichinin, Neuro – Supernatural Detective) will direct the anime at MADHOUSE (Death Note, NANA), and Jun Maekawa (Dragon Ball Z, Fresh Precure!) is in charge of the scripts. Takahiro Yoshimatsu (“Something Yoshimatsu” of Future GPX Cyber Formula, Slayers) is designing the characters, while Toshio Nakatani is producing. The cast is slated to be announced later.

Sweet. I didn’t watch the original Hunter X Hunter, looks like I can watch it soon!
