2 days ago, Miku performed LIVE at Animelo 2009. The promoters announced on August 31 2009 that Miku will be making her appearance on stage, but did not reveal how.

The concert used a screen installed at the back of the stage to project Hatsune several stories tall before a standing-room-only crowd of 25,000. After a greeting, the computer-generated Hatsune proceeded to sing (and dance) on two songs — “Miku Miku ni Shite Ageru (Shiteyan yo)” and “Black Rock Shooter.”

Hatsune Miku, the famous virtual singer, will be “performing” LIVE at Animelo 2009 on the 22th of August 2009!!

In addition, singer and actor Gackt will perform on the 23th of August 2009. There are a couple of other singers performing, like Nana Mizuki, Minori Chihara, Yukari Tamura, etc. Animelo Summr LIVE 2009 is really becoming awesome =3.
