The DLC several items, one of which is the “Omega” Colosseum monster, which will be available for download on 22 Dec 2011 at a price of 300 yen on PS3 or 240 MSP on Xbox 360. From the 22 Dec 2011 till 10 January 2012, it will be free.

Next up will be new costumes for both Noel and Serah which will be released on 10 January 2012 at a price of 300 yen on PS3 and 240 MSP on Xbox 360. The costumes are changeable at the main menu screen.

Serah will be getting an additional costume, which comes as the “Resort Style” bikini outfit and its due in February 2012.

Lastly, there’s Colosseum Battle Lightning, which does not have a release date at this moment of time.

Gulf of Oman, Shargi Peninsula, Strike at Karkand, and Wake Island, which are popular  maps from Battlefield 2, will included in the DLC pack.

The DLC pack will also include the Conquest Assault mode, and new “assignments” to complete for unlocks.

Three of the retailers: Amazon, Gamestop and Bestbuy will be offering you some goodies when you preorder with them. Amazon’s giving you boss Omega whom you can use in your party once defeated. Gamestop is just offering Serah a special costume, while Best Buy preorder entitles you to a hardcover book containing “Final Fantasy XIII -Episode i-,” a novella connecting the stories of FFXIII and XIII-2.

While it’s good to get Omega in your party, having a physical book for collection is also cool. I foresee many diehard fans getting 2-3 copies of the same game just for the preorder bonuses!

The NA release of the game would be out on 31 January 2012.

All future DLCs for Battlefield 3 will be released 1 week earlier on the PlayStation 3 before Xbox 360 and PC gamers will be able to get their hands on them. It is inevitable to feel that this is EA’s way of getting back at Activision for the timed exclusive releases for Call of Duty on the Xbox 360 and it is probably their intention as well. 1 week is 1 month right?

The first DLC ‘Back to Karkand’ (included in the pre-order bonus) will already be getting this treatment.

With these costumes, you can finally make your own “Jason!” level come to life! Looking at the picture, you can dress up as Ethan, Jayden, Madison or Shelby. You can also wear an origami hat! If you look at the origami hat closely, you can see that Media Molecule has replaced the blood with “jam”. Remember, LittleBigPlanet is rated “E” for Everyone so NO blood please! I actually like it a lot, because I thought it somehow fits the game really well.

Dockyard Battle is a hell confusing map with lots of walkways. I got lost when I was playing through it in the campaign mode, but after playing through the campaign mode many many times, I know my way around now :D.

Battle Stage Pack 2 is priced at 500 yen and 400 Microsoft Points on the PS3 and Xbox 360 respectively.
