FG 007 Senjougahara Hitagi from the anime Bakemonogatari. Apparently I just found out that there is this new line of action figures called Figutto! I must be awfully slow in my figure news these days. Lol. Checked out the official website and there were 6 other Figutto! figures that have been delayed..
