It has been raining for days, over in Japan, it’s the same too. Read from Dannychoo that a woman aged 45 drowned in her own car, due to the flooding water. The strong water pressure prevented her from opening the door, thus rendering her unable to escape. The woman had called for help earlier on, but the emergency services didn’t send out any help.
