Hatsune Miku Live Party 2011 (Mikupa) is a concert held at at Zepp Tokyo on 9 March 2011 and at Sapporo-shi Kyoiku Bunka Kaikan on 16 & 17 August 2011. It comes in a number of editions so pick the one that you like!

This year is definitely the year for Hatsune Miku to shine! The Miku no Hi Kanshasai 39’s Giving Day concert debuted at Zepp Tokyo on 9 March 2010. After that, another concert was held again at Zepp Tokyo exactly a year later, followed by the concert in Los Angeles during Anime Expo 2011 and then the concert in Sapporo on August. She’ll be in Singapore for a 2 hour concert on the first day of Anime Festival Asia 2011 (held on 11 November 2011)! I wanted to go SO badly, but my current lifestyle had forbid me to.

Hatsune Miku Live Party 2011 comes in CD, DVD and Bluray, each with a Regular Edition and Limited Edition and bonuses. Here is a list of editions:

The world tour follows the band’s 20th L’Anniversary Live tour in Japan, which commenced on 10/11 September at the Saitama Super Arena northwest of Tokyo. The next stop would be Aichi’s Nihon Gaishi Hall on 2/3 November 2011, and finally Kyocera Dome Osaka on 3/4 December 2011.

So far, 7 stops have been announced:

  • March 3, 2012 – Hong Kong – Asia World Expo Arena
  • March 7, 2012 – Bangkok, Thailand – Impact Arena
  • March 10, 2012 – Shanghai, China – Mercedes-Benz Arena

L’Arc-en-Ciel is known for performing theme songs for the Fullmetal Alchemist television anime series and Mobile Suit Gundam 00.

YUI single, Green a.live claimed #1 with 55,978 copies sold!!

Nana Mizuki Live Grace – Orchestra- sold 18,166 copies to rank #1 on the Oricon weekly charts for Blu-ray.

The LIVE concert is the first of Nana-chan with a full orchestra. I already received my copy but have yet to find the time to watch Live Grace! Hopefully soon!
