Another case of seiyuu getting stalked by their fans. On July 10, Japanese police arrested a 27-year-old unemployed man named Jun Sasaki on suspicion of defaming and stalking the seiyuu Haruna Ikezawa.

Sasaki is suspected of writing defamatory messages on Ikezawa’s official website in February. Between February and April, he sent 16 email messages to her mobile phone. One of the messages commanded her to ride the bullet train alone to Morioka. The email messages were sent to request a personal meeting with her.

Police have arrested a 25-year-old unemployed man from Fukuoka, suspected of mailing threats against voice actress Mai Kadowaki.
You might know Mai Kadowaki, who voices characters like Mimi Usa from Kodomo no Jikan, Sanya V. Litvyak from Strike Witches.

Authorities said that the suspect, named Satoshi Yamazaki, had sent at least one threatening letter to Kadowaki’s agency last November. The message included lines such as “I will kill your parents within one month.” There were other threatening notes besides that note too.
Yamazaki admitted guilt, saying that he was a fan of Kadowaki. …

Ever wonder how the room of a seiyuu looks like? Found a few sketches from Kotaku which made me LOL like mad when I was reading the post.

Yu Kobayashi, is an extremely pretty seiyuu, but her drawing is horrible. Previously she drew a picture of Polla, the character she voiced from Wii role-playing-game Arc Rise Fantasia. This is how Polla looks like:

Impressions are late because of real life commitments yesterday. I was dozing off before I could do my impressions LOL. Anyway the latest single from Yui Horie(Hocchan) is finally out.
