Index and Mikoto fans, rejoice! More tsundere/sister action for you to enjoy. Fan of Touma? Well more Imagine Breaker then! The official website and Twitter account of Toaru Majutsu no Index has confirmed on Sunday that a theatrical film adaptation has been given the green light.

The announcement was made at a stage event during the Dengeki Bunko Autumn Festival 2011 on Sunday, and more details will be provided in ASCII Media Works’ Dengeki Bunko Magazine on October 11.

It seems that lots of anime series are getting the movie sequels/adaptions nowadays! O_O.

Using the smooth yet poseable joints of figma, you can act out a variety of different scenes.
A flexible plastic is used for specific areas, which allows proportions to be kept without compromising posability.
Her skirt is made from fabric, allowing for easy posing even in her long skirt.
She comes with three expressions – a standard face, an upset face and the face with sparkling eyes that she had whenever she insisted on something.
The wimple that she wears on her head can be removed using separate hair parts.
She comes with various hand parts, including praying hands and hands holding a knife and fork.
Her kitten, Sphinx, is also included to be displayed by her side – or on her head!
A poseable figma stand is included, which allows various poses to be taken.

Penguin Parade is taking preorders of Misaka Mikoto and Little Sister Set from the series Toaru Majutsu no Index II. Do note that if you want both Misaka Mikoto and Imouto together you need to purchase two of the figurines. The sister parts is given together with the figurine – hence you can either have Misaka Mikoto or Imouto. That explains the higher pricing as compared to Kuroko.

The Judgement member with never-ending love for Misaka!

From the popular anime `Toaru Majutsu no Index II` comes a 1/8th scale figure of Kuroko Shirai that will be released at the same time as Mikoto, allowing you to display the two roommates together!
She is posed holding her school bag in one hand and pulling out a load of metal arrows with the other, ready to jump into some action. Careful detail has been given to even the smaller parts of her sculpting, including her Judgement armband as well as the hidden metal arrows around her thighs. Also be sure to display her together with her beloved Misaka!

Index definitely looks cuter in her sister outfit. This swimsuit isn’t appealing to me at ALL XD. What are your thoughts on this figure of Index? I would choose a Index in her sister outfit, all ready to bite Touma’s head! :D

Kotobukiya has started preorders for the set of Misaka mori trading figures. Remember Misaka Mikoto and her sisters from Toaru Majustsu no Index? Yeah there are a total of 12 pieces in 1 Box: 9 sisters, 1 Misaka Mikoto, 1 Last Order and 1 Accelerator.

Now this is one set where you won’t mind having duplicates since 9 of them have nice pretty blue striped pantsu!

Figma Misaka Mikoto Preview

After seeing some custom-made Figma Misaka Mikoto, I was starting to wonder if Onee-sama would have a Figma version of her. True enough, Figma Misaka Mikoto makes her appearance on a magazine scan. YES! Wish granted!

Sadly this Figma would be only available if you purchase the upcoming To Aru Majutsu no Index game for the PSP(something which I forgot to announce when I blogged about Index Season 2. Oops >_<)

The game bundled with the Figma would set you back 9,429 yen. Expect the game to be out this Winter.

Hopefully we’ll get to see more pictures of the Figma, I know I can’t wait to see her XD.
