Not many girls game these few days, and even if they do, it’s either the PSP, DS or the Wii XD. A Japanese marketing company has polled mostly Japanese schoolgirls about their console tastes. Here are the results:

Out of the 3,339 polled, only 161 of them were male students and the rest were female. Fifty-two of them were under the age of 11 years old; 2,387 of them were between the ages of 12 and 19; 682 of them were between the ages of 20 and 25: 218 of them were above the age of 26. The largest group represented in this poll is Japanese schoolgirls.

When asked what game console those polled had, the result is as shown below:

The winning console is the Nintendo DS with 2,748, 2,587 inviduals have the PS2, 1,661 have the PSP, 1,300 have the Wii and finally, the PS3 is last in place with only 458 of them owning one ._. Wait what happened to the Xbox consoles? LOL.

PS3 owners is little, out of the 3,339 polled, but when asked which console they wanted, the majority replied that they want the PS3!(1,605) Following close behind are the PSP and Wii.

You know what this means? Not all youths can afford a PS3. Haha. I started off with a PSP, then I finally decided to get a PS3 myself =3. What about you? Which is your current console at home?
