Skip Beat – Valentines Day Arc

Since recently there hasn’t really been an anime I’ve been into (Besides hetalia) I thought I would right up a post about one of my favorite current mangas! I am a bit of a Tsuruga Ren Skip Beat Fangirl! I made a post a while back saying that it is one of my top 5 anime I would like to see continued. The anime ended before any of the juicy parts… I was very disappointed.
In the most current Arc, the Valentine’s day arc, alot has happened. I give this current …

Is this Loli My Berserk?

Kentaro Miura, the mangaka of perhaps the manliest manga in the history of manga, has turned to the dark side. It was quite some time ago fans learned of his Loli Idol Master addiction, which many seemed to think may have been interfering with his progress in completing Berserk, but this is the first time loli has appeared in his work, even if it is just a promo.

The Female character above is Schierke a young female witch who has joined Gatsu’s NEW party. Gatsu’s currently traumatized brain dead lover Caska, …

Nodame Manga Ends October 10th

Gyabo manga series Nodame Catabille will be coming to an end in this upcoming month. The last chapter will be released in Kiss Magazine on October 10th. I’m sure many ~gyabo fans will cry when this wonderful series ends.
Luckily  fans won’t have to wait too long for more Nodame; the third season of the Nodame Anime begins in January 2010, and the first movie airs December 19th.
I never did read the manga… I found it difficult to enjoy a series about music without actually hearing the music xD

American Manga distributor Viz has been re-releasing the entire manga of Rurouni Kenshin in big volumes. If you want to know how big the volumes are, this series was originally 28 volumes, and they managed to squeez it into just 9! The final volume, being released in March 2010 will contain two side stories Yahiko no Sakabato and another unnamed side story in all color which was never printed in English (which is probably Rurouni Kenshin: Haru ni Sakura, but the site does not go into detail.)
As a huge fan …

From ANN,
This year’s 39th issue of Shueisha’s Shonen Jump magazine has confirmed on Monday that Saki Hasemi and Kentaro Yabuki’s To Love-Ru -Trouble- manga will end its serialization in the next issue on August 31.
I’m one sad person right now. I remember starting To LOVE-Ru sometime last year when the anime came out. My first impression? “Wow! Soooooo MANY GIRLSSS!!!” Haha.

According to the newest issue of Weekly Shounen Magazine, a new series of the manga Great Teacher Onizuka is underway under the the name GTO: Shonan 14 Days. This is very surprising news since it has been quite some time since the last series. I never did read the manga, but this may motivate me to.
