The 47th Amusement Machines Show took place in Chiba, Japan yesterday on September 19. It is a trade show organized by the Japan Amusement Machinery Manufacturers Association (JAMMA). JAMMA is run by representatives from some of your favourite arcade video game manufacturers, including Namco Bandai, Sega, Taito, Tecmo, Capcom, Atlus.

In the Amusement Machines Show, you get to play arcade games like the crane game and win attractive prizes! REALLY attractive prizes in fact. How does Valkyria Chronicles figures and Hatsune Miku Project Diva statues sound to you? =D. Finally some decent arcade prizes that interest me! Kotaku Japan had a chance to attend the show and took some pictures. Some of them can be viewed below!

I’m not sure about the price of each play for the different machines there, but I do know that there is a 1, 000 yen admission fee =)
