Final Fantasy XIII Is Coming On Three Discs

Final Fantasy XIII will be hitting shores this March. The date seems to be coming nearer and nearer. On the Playstation 3, Lightning will be yours in a single Blu-ray. In addition, it has been revealed that the game for the Xbox 360, as expected, will be shipped on three discs.

Sources at Square Enix USA have confirmed with Kotaku the reports from yesterday, which have settled a long-running – if ultimately pointless – debate amongst fans of the series.

I remember several people mocking the Xbox release of the game by showing some pictures with approximately 10 plus FF13 discs. LOL. Hilarious I must say. Well 3 discs isn’t so bad!

I’m sure there will be plenty of fanboy comments from both sides on this, but the bottom line is that – as far as we know now – it’s the exact same game. Whether it’s on one BD or three DVDs should have no real impact on anyone’s enjoyment.

I’m not really saying that “YES Xbox sucks because the PS3 only has 1 disc” lol. It’s more of a “wow Xbox didn’t have like 4-5 discs” XD. Many were expecting the Xbox to get more than just 3 discs.

Nothing wrong with 3 discs … the FF games on playstation were on 4 …

I hate fanboys (both sides) :(

Hope the game is going to be ok (i don’t expect more after reading the reviews …)
