I admit that I’ve grown slightly impatient waiting for the third season of Hetalia (which airs in march), and the Hetalia movie, but it has raised my spirits to know an extra episode is being released in May, along with previews from the Movie that’s coming out this summer, AND re-edited footage of Chibitalia and America’s Storage Cleaning.
The all new episode is titled “Oresama Nikki” (My(Prussia’s) Diary). Prussia is my favorite Hetalia character who has gotten very little attention in the anime thus far, so I am very excited. I only vaguely remember the chapter this is based on, but I dearly hope that Hungary also makes an appearance, she hasn’t gotten enough love either! Infact, most of the Hetalia characters have barely said 1-2 sentences. Hopefully the third season will be more inclusive of other characters.

I was also very excited to hear that we are getting some re-edited chibitalia. Fan that had read the manga were a little bit confused when the best scene of the entire arc was cut from the anime. It was actually PLOT important ! I don’t know if that is what they are going to add, but that would be nice.
I will try to be patient waiting for the third season.

I bought The DVD of The First 24 episodes of Hetalia and I never quite finished it yet due to certain problems .
I was shocked that it was a short anime but I think Hetalia is a great anime .
After reading your post , I think I should continue back at watching Hetalia ^_^

You can skip the Switzerland X Lichtenstein episodes and America’s storage cleaning though~ they’re boring xD
I cait wait. I know the wait ends next month but I just hate the wait before a new manga volume or a new anime season. I just get antsy just waiting next week for a new episodes for some of the animes I watch.
