God of War III Is Here
As you all know, the latest installment for the popular PlayStation franchise has been released. So, have you got your copy of God of War III yet?
I have to be honest, I am not really into the God of War universe. All these Greek mythology names and stuff really gets my head spinning. However, I do know how the gameplay is like. After watching a couple of gameplay videos of both the demo and retail version, all I can say is that “This is a God of War game”. You have your button mashing, combo moves, violent blood-filled finishing moves, and chests! I am not sure if there any major or small changes made to this game, but the main gameplay seems to remain the same but with amazing graphics.
I have two friends who bought the game on the day of its release (March 16, 2010) and they are enjoying it so far. They are getting me to buy a copy as well, but I think I will wait… I have a lot of backlogged games just waiting in line for me to play. And since I do not follow the God of War franchise, it will be at the back of my list.
Fans of the franchise however should not miss it! The reviews so far are very positive so just get it and have a great time! You can get your copy over at Play-Asia now!
I bought a PS3 earlier this year but never owned a PS2, so I’m going to play the God of War Collection before I picked up GoW III. I love Greek mythology and the gameplay looks great, so I’m really looking forward to getting into the series.

I never loved the God of War franchise but there is something about GOW3 that’s getting me. I’ve seen many trailers and reviews and I’m convinced it’s a very EPIC game.
My workmate already got it so I’m gonna pick on him to let me borrow it. ;)
Still, I’m in not hurry as I’m very busy with FFXIII. xD

Hmmm. I wanna get it, but a lack of cash + grinding needed to Plat FFXIII is preventing me from buying.

Haha right now FFXIII, Borderlands, LBP, and MGS4 is my priority. Have to try and finish these games before moving on to other ones =S.

The setting is cool because I took a Greek Mythology course in college so I can relate.
