Bleach Anime Ending This March
A television program listing shows that the Bleach television anime series will end its run on TV Tokyo’s at 6:00 p.m, Tuesday timeslot on 27 March 2012.
A Twitter follower of Bleach animation director, Hiroki Takagi, sent him an image of the listings, and Takagi responded as above “So quick. I was going to paste it … /(^o^)\”
It seems that a spinoff of Naruto anime series based on Rock Lee, titled NarutoSD: Rock Lee no Seishun Full-Power Ninden will air in that particular timeslot on 3 April 2012.
What say you Bleach fans? I gave up on the series the last time since I had over 100 episodes to catch up on. Maybe it will be a good time to watch now.. :D

Personally I think it’s about time… I like Bleach, but everything needs to come to an end. :)

Manga stopping or something or ratings too low?

Anime would catch up to Manga on the final episode. And seeing how as the Bleach manga is now on its final arc, which is slated to be the longest ever, even longer than the Arrancar arc which spanned closed to 5 years, it’s going to be a while before there’ll be material to animate.
So yeah, no Bleach for now = no fillers which is always good.
