Sword Art Online BD/DVD Buyers Can Win Kirito’s Sword

Folks in Japan sure are lucky. Those who purchase every DVD or Blu-ray volume of the Sword Art Online anime series at Comic Toranoana doujinshi goods retail store will stand a chance to win a real-life version of the character Kirito’s sword Elucidator.

A preview of the sword can be seen below, which was just recently showcased at Aniplex’s booth during Anime Contents Expo 2012.

Fans who buy every volume of the anime at the same retailers will get a cast round-table discussion CD featuring Yoshitsugu Matsuoka, Haruka Tomatsu, Ayana Taketatsu, Kanae Itō, Rina Hidaka, and Ayahi Takagaki.

For us outsiders we can only buy and support the various animation works.. Oh well >_<.
