To Aru Kagaku no Railgun’s main heroine and story revolves mainly around Mikoto Misaka, a Level 5 Physics user in Academy City. Her first appearance was in the To Aru Majutsu no Index series that aired around the same time last year.

Well, despite not intially planning to do this episode review till much later in the week, I decided to clear this off my workload since I’m getting LittleBigPlanet tomorrow and THAT will keep me occupied for quite a while. :D

When I read the Fall 08 Preview list, I had decided that To Aru Majutsu no Index was the 1st new show on my To-Watch list, alongside Sequels such as Gundam 00 S2 and Rosario+Vampire Capu2.
