Splashing in Japan – Another World Record

Another World Record Video, previously I posted up the World’s Fastest Clapper on the Japanese TV Show. Today, we have Darren “Professor Splash” Taylor who is back again in Japan to break his old record – jumping from a height of 10.70 meters (35 feet) into 30 centimeters (12 inches) of water into a kiddy pool. This time, he will be attempting to break his old record with a 10.83 meter jump!

Earthquake in Japan

How many of you actually experienced an earthquake in your country? Living in Singapore, we don’t get earthquakes. Well there was this one time where the earthquake affected us for awhile, tremors we called it – and I still thought someone dropped a heavy object on the floor above me. LOL.

From Japan Today,

Japanese seismologists …

Fireworks at Tokyo Bay

I love fireworks. Don’t you?

Picture from JapanToday. Taken yesterday – More than 12,000 fireworks light up the night sky yesterday, thrilling around 700 spectators who were packed in Tsukij, Harumi and other areas in Chuo Ward. The extravaganza lasted for at least 80 minutes.
Not sure whether they are celebrating for some festival, but random fireworks are good =D. Do you see fireworks regularly at your country?
Something totally related to this picture, today is Singapore’s National Day. I’m sure that there will be fireworks tonight too(though I can’t see it..). And …

Sunflower Field

Sunflowers in full boom over in Japan!

Nearly 85,000 sunflowers at the 8,800 square-meter-field at Yamanashi Prefecture city of Hokuto will be blooming until early August at Yamanashi Prefecture city of Hokuto.
Anywhere near your house that has such pretty sights? Sadly, I don’t even have any flowers blooming here :(, only trees. LOL. I like to stand in the sunflower field at least once and run through it XD.
Totally random, but talking about running through the sunflower field reminded me of this – CLANNAD OP. LOL.
