Ponyo on the Cliff by the Sea is a new film produced by Studio Ghibli and written by Hayao Miyazaki. Said to be released July 19 2008 in Japan, it will be a good few months before we can get the film at our local theaters.

A 1/8 scaled figurine of Saber by Gift will be released this December at a retail price of 7,800 yen.
I am not a saber fan, but the armor looks too awesome to miss. In addition, there is a replacement head (more anime-like) for her so folks like us won’t be turned off by her current face.
Hobby Search has her up for preorders as of now. Hurry! ^^ (Now I am off to consider getting her..)

Sure all Singaporeans know about censorship in the latest Zero no Tsukaima Episode 6 where there were yuri! scenes(tooked out). And several people obtaining letters from Odex recently. However, let’s not get upset as ANN has just announced that Japan’s Minisitry of Affairs is going to lete users experiment with copyright materials without any legal worries in the year 2009.
Such materials will include net-distributed video and music that have been authorized by the copyright holders. However, “only specific participants will be allowed to enter” the zones.

It has been raining for days, over in Japan, it’s the same too. Read from Dannychoo that a woman aged 45 drowned in her own car, due to the flooding water. The strong water pressure prevented her from opening the door, thus rendering her unable to escape. The woman had called for help earlier on, but the emergency services didn’t send out any help. Another passenger also called for help but none came. The emergency services just apologised for their mistake.
