Monster Hunter Sets PSP Record in Japan
Remember the days where you spent hours, days, weeks, months playing Monster Hunter on your PSP? Going for quests with friends using the ad-hoc function or connecting online to interact with other users?
Monster Hunter Freedom Unite (English Version) was just released on the 23rd of June 2009 and has already shipped over 3.5 million copies.
The Japan version was out earlier in late 2008 with the title “Monster Hunter Portable 2nd G”, and has shipped over 3 million copies. To date Monster Hunter Portable 2nd G is the best selling game for the PSP in Japan! Woohoo!
I have been playing Monster Hunter since last year and well I have to admit the Monster Hunter game is really addictive. Sadly Monster Hunter 3 is on Wii.. I hope they do release a PS3 version, I can only dream right? =X.

My brother has been bugging me to get this game since pretty much the day it came out xD
So I had already heard this news lol.
If I remember correctly, that game caused productivity in Japanese offices to go down some time ago when it was released…
As a player, I can see why. :D
