Scribblenauts Has More Than 22,802 Words In the Game
Scribblenauts is easily one of the most fun games that you can play on your Nintendo DS in the year 2009. It is a puzzle-action game that requires creativity and some common sense =D. The game is out today, but there were some hackers who were able to get their hands on the game before the release date and they manged to rip a full list of words(22,802 words?!) that you can write in the game. However, creative director of 5th Cell (developer of Scribblenauts) - Jeremiah Slaczka disagrees:

I had a chance to play it yesterday on my friend’s DSi. It is very entertaining and at the same time amusing because there are just so many different crazy ways to complete your objectives. Basically, you will be given an objective and your job is to type the name of the items you want to use on the touchscreen, and those items will be yours to use. Need a space shuttle to run over a bee? You got it! Need a pot pie to throw at a piranha? You got it!
For the level that I played, I had to find a way to bypass a tornado to get to the other side of it and collect something called the Starite. However, I did not manage to complete it because I couldn’t think of any objects that could get rid of the tornado!
The things that you spawn in the game will sometimes interact with each other. For example, I placed “God” and “Satan” next to each other, and they automatically started fighting! (”God” won >.<). I have not tried, but I think it will be the same for “angel” and “devil” =D.
Scribblenauts is really a fun and amusing game to play with. I highly recommend anybody with a DS to give it a try! For those of you who are already playing it, what are some of the crazy or unexpected things that you have encountered in the game? I’m sure there are lots! =D

I’ve found the strongest Humanoid is death, he seems to defeat god everytime xD
The strongest word I’ve found though is Atomic bomb… I’m trying to find something to protect myself from it… but so far no luck. Atomic bomb destroys Atomic Shelters, Cockroaches, and even god LOL xD
I’m actually shtuck right now… I have to get into a small space but I don’t know how to shrink myself. (I do know how to shrink other object though with teh Shrink Ray)
EDIT: Btw, I think a Black Hole will get rid of the tornado~ You just have to make sure you’re are FAR away from it or it will kill you xD
I do like all the combination you can do…
Like one of the first missions is to catch a butterfly… so I summoned a shot gun and… (wait that didn’t end wellxD)
OHHH! One time for a carnival mission I was supposed to knock down some bottles without crossing a line… so I summoned an Arsonist who burnt down the entire booth… And I WON!!! Of course when the arsonist then went to kill the game hostess I lost D=
@bluesnow - I LOL’ed at your atomic bomb >.< . Haha that seems like the same as the tsunami. I can't seem to survive it! I tried putting myself in a submarine, but the tsunami still killed me =(.
Ah yes you are so correct about using the black hole >.<. I just got a message from that friend of mine that she used the black hole as well XD.
Oh man you’re so evil!! You have to catch the butterfly, not kill it! Poor butterfly =’(. But I like the part where you spawn the arsonist XD. I would have never thought of using him if I ever get to that mission.
Oh man I have so got to play this game again. It’s so fun!!

The only criticism I had about it is… the controls were AWFUL!!!
Like… In order to move your character you don’t use the control pad… you click where you want to go with the stylus… But you also click Items with the stylus~ If you’re a little bit off your character will move instead… Lets just put it this way
If you’re trying to move a bridge over a river… and you’re wearing ELECTRIC JET BOOTS!!! Lets hope you get the bridge there instead of hurling your self into the electric conducting water.
You’ve probably figured this out by now, but you can shrink yourself by giving a hostile the Shrink Ray.

I never thought of that O.O Haha thanks for the tip! Damn it is games like these that makes me wish that I have more creativity… It is boring to use some of the objects over and over again.
Hey bluesnow, water DOESN’T conduct electricity, only if the water is polluted, then it conducts very well. but if you have like clean labratory water it wont conduct electricity. but i think most of the water in the game (lakes, oasis, tsunami’s etc.) are polluted, and if they wouldn’t be i bet the makers of the game didnt know water doesnt conduct.
LOL sorry for being such a knowitall! i really like this game, but i found a stronger humanoid than death. summon HEAVEN, then tap it and a stronger kind of god will come out, it managed to beat death! YAY! but it still got killed by the atomic bomb….
If you spawn SHRINK MAGIC and drop it on yourself it works as well =D have fun
And if you want something fun, spawn a mech!

There was actually shrink magic?? Oh my… Apparently my imagination is not very good =( and what does the mech do?? I only played the game on my friend’s DS once in a while =P
