Former PM to Voice Ultraman Role
Former Japanese Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi (67) is taking his first voice-acting role in the upcoming “Daikaiju Battle: Ultra Ginga Densetsu THE MOVIE,”. Yes, he’s the Ultraman King, one of the oldest members of the Ultra family.
The movie is set to air on 12 December, 2009.
Seriously, I only remember of watching 1 Ultraman on TV. I didn’t know there is a family of Ultra =X. Any readers a fan of Ultraman? o.O

The prime minister got promoted!!! =D
He’s not a protector of Japan lol.
I know that his son is an actor for J-Dramas, but I’d never have thought that he himself would be back for a cameo voice actor… o_O
According to Reuters, he said that his son wants him to be participating and it’s “not related to politics so it should be ok”.
While he is one of the longer reigning PM as of recent times, Junichiro Koizumi is rather notorious in the neighbouring countries, especially with his annual visits to the Yasukuni Shrine.
@ Q: I read that his son is a fan of the Ultra series, though I might have remembered wrongly. Lol I need to dig up more info XD.
