Eden of the East II Movie Delayed Until March
Eden of the East the Movie II: Paradise Lost which is set to be out in January 2010, has to be delayed until March 2010, as announced by the anime studio Production I.G on Wednesday. The movies were originally scheduled for release, with Movie I and Movie II each having a screentime of 60 minutes each. Movie II will run for 90 minutes, an additional 30 minutes added to it!
The company cited production issues for the delay, stating that the story structure of the films expanded. As such Movie I will run for 82 minutes, while Movie II will run for 90 minutes.
The first film sequel will premiere this Saturday. Folks who are in Japan now, be sure to catch it!

I really wonder how often anime movies get delayed. Obviously, Nanoha Movie the 1st is of no exception to this unfortunately as well > <
Movie 1 also got extended =3
Duration of the movies
Movie I: 82 min
Movie II: 90 min
This isn’t really bad news~
I’d prefer a movie be delayed and finished then them be released early and 1/2 assed.
never saw the first one or watched the show are they good ?
it’s interesting, mysterious, and has some nice graphics. though it’s not something too unique, it works as something worth watching for it’s short run.
@ ExcaliburStrike: I normally don’t bother about anime movies, because I don’t even get them here in my country. I’ll just wait for the release on DVD/blu-ray. Lol.
@ bluesnow: Yes as I posted that blue XP. Haha.
@ Donyea: I watched the anime, the first movie is set to air today in Japan, so I think we can only watch the raw like months later? ^^”. The anime is good, plus having only 11 episodes, you gotta watch it!
@ atmchino: It definitely caught my attention when I first started watching it. Lol.
