PS3 Version of Last Remnant Might Not Even Be Out
There have been rumors going around stating that the PS3 version of The Last Remnant will not be out. Xbox and PC versions of the game are out currently: Xbox version out on November 2008, and later ported to the PC.
Square Enix’s PS3 page listed the game as TBA. However..
It’s not even on the official winter 2009 Square Enix pamphlet. Loads of games listed for early 2010, but TLR isn’t there at all!
I saw the game trailer when I was out shopping for games. Boy the trailer looked so amazing that I wanted to buy the game. Further research on the game led me to discover that the PS3 version of the game hasn’t been announced yet. Looks like at this rate, yet might not even come true! LOL.

The reason the game was delayed on the PS3 was because it wasn’t as simple as importing it from the xbox compared to PC. The PS3 build engine is relatively new and it takes a long time for production to get things working as it should. I recall reading an article about the delay and it was getting the graphics right on the PS3 since it’s new to them. The build engine was different as well.
it will be a shame if they decided to scrap the project because I was looking forward to it as well. :(
