I made this list of my top 100 favorite characters at least 3 months ago (I could probably change a few around after the most recent season of shows)… but I was asked the other day to name some of my favorite characters and a friend of mine was surprised that there was no common “link” to why I like certain anime charactersxD Some people choose all moe-loli characters… or Bishounen… Maybe my preference is just towards characters that are weird? xD

Looking up anime news this morning I ran across a title with the words “Yotsubato!” and “Anime” in the same sentence and I nearly jumped out of my seat. Unfortunately it was the mangaka AGAIN saying that they have no intention of allowing Yotsubato to be animated… along with excuses that make no sense.

Old news, but a second season has finally been announced for Spice and Wolf. This was kind of expected since they didn’t reach their destination in season onexD, but still a nice surprise. While people have mixed feelings about this show (1/2 thinks its boredom to the point of tears, and the other just like wolf girls) I personally really enjoyed this series. Its a change from my usual diet of comedy and action genres; very mellow.

Just finished watching Minami-ke: Okawari today. Yes finally managed to clear one of my backlogged anime series. Had to say, I didn’t really expect much from the anime. I enjoyed the first one more than this. Perhaps it has to do with some effect of Chiaki having another hair colour. Lol
