Have you been a bad boy lately? By bad I meant throwing rock-filled socks to smash window doors, and beating up other kids. A certain 12-year-old boy has been showing these bad behaviors in school which leads to getting rid of his Nintendo Wii as punishment.

Tap Your iPhone for This Game

Originally released for the Nintendo Wii, now it’s available on your iPhone or iPod Touch. For the Wii game, players were instructed to place the Wii Remote controller on top of a cardboard box and tap the box in order to trigger a number of onscreen actions in the game.

Look like it’s the same thing for the iPhone! The main Wii game is being broken up into five apps, with the first – Tap Runner which is available at the iTunes Store for $3.99. Kinda expensive =/

Game Console Japanese Schoolgirls Want

Not many girls game these few days, and even if they do, it’s either the PSP, DS or the Wii XD. A Japanese marketing company has polled mostly Japanese schoolgirls about their console tastes. Here are the results:
Out of the 3,339 polled, only 161 of them were male students and the rest were female. Fifty-two of them were under the age of 11 years old; 2,387 of them were between the ages of 12 and 19; 682 of them were between the ages of 20 and 25: 218 of them …

Black Wii Controller in America

Got a Wii? Want to get a new controller? Time to save up! This holiday season, Nintendo will be offering black peripherals to customers in America. Looks sexy to me. LOL.

There’s also a new bundle: the black Wii Remote is available with a black version of the Wii MotionPlus accessory included. Pricing is still TBA.
A black Nunchaku with your white Wii console? Looks weird. You just need the console to be released in black now.
And it’s not impossible, seeing that Japan has started selling black Wii sets from August 1 …

Monster Hunter TRI Goes West

Monster Hunter TRI on the Wii platform was released in Japan a few days ago, on the 1st of August 2009.

And.. looks like the game is making its way to the West early next year ^^.
Along with the game’s epic single-player battles, Monster Hunter TRI also features support for up to four players co-operatively hunting massive beasts over the internet, exploring the new underwater environments together with their best friend-coded pals. [Kotaku]

I love to play this game(being a fan of Monster Hunter), but unfortunately I don’t have a Wii. OH …

Murasama The Demon Blade

With all the anticipation for new announcements at E3 I nearly forgot to check about updates on games I already know about, like the beautiful Murasama the Demon Blade for the Wii which is expected to be released in the US this September (Just in time for my Birthday! =D).
You can control either the young princess Momohime or the young ninja Kisuke journeying across Japan beating the crap out of armies and demons based on Japanese mythology.  Disregarding the plot the artwork for the game is AMAZING, and the fighting …
