Blogging - Where is Everyone?
Today I was bloghopping - and reading animeblogs at the same time. I still remember the occasion blogs I go to when I have the time. However, out of the many I visited today, I can only remember 2-3 being alive. Yes when I mean alive - I meant blogging and still ongoing, not like a random post here and there.
Which leads to me to my totally random post for now. Please bear with me. Haha.
Of course, the previous domain which I started also went down - when I was too busy working. Work life sucks! I was working until 8pm plus, and when I finally reached home for my dinner, I have my shower, it’s 10pm already. I normally end my day by watching an anime episode - be it what anime I am catching up on. And I sleep. What a great day desho? -_- Having said so, I didn’t have the energy to do any posts, let alone start working on zotaku(bought in April, and I just revived it? XD)
Speaking of busy, I think bluesnow is pretty busy nowadays. She delayed her Macross Frontier Episode 22 pretty long, but I understand that everyone gets busy once in awhile. In fact, she was sick! Didn’t want to pressure her too XD.
So the main question I like to rant is “Where has everyone gone?” XD. In fact the one blog I started reading and wanted to take up blogging was due to this particular blog. Now the dude isn’t blogging anymore because he’s forgotten his password (WIN!) It was great while it lasted.. =( While I let the previous domain died, it crashed because the Wordpress Base is 2.5 which was the retarded flash-blogging system. Zotaku is currently using Wordpress 2.3.3 - more stable. And that was why all of us (at zenime) stopped blogging because I told them I was going to a new domain(zotaku!).. And I faded from the surface of the Earth with my work. And now, other Singaporeans(they blog too) who I talked to - abao, bakaboi, Tiny have gone into the Army! I read abao’s blog for Magazine Scans, he is an avid buyer so whenever I feel like getting magazines, his blog is the best place for scans XD. Of course he has some rantings at his blog, occasionally. So - the only Singaporean Blog I visit daily is.. PP at otakurean. LOL.
Of course at all the other sites I comment, I do read them daily. I subscribed to their feeds =)
pp has posted a great article on “How to be a better blogger, if you don’t have a blog.” Good read, you should check up on his post XD. I’m actually inspired to write a similar article too, but time is the factor. For now, make do with reading his post ^^
I guess people come and go.. Blogging may be a 3 minute thing for some.. For some it’s a hobby.. As the blogging word to me means - interest. Not a chore. If you’re lazy, it is definitely a chore. Moral of the story - don’t be lazy. XD

When I see blogs that have died it makes me depressed D=
Actually~ in that phase between Zenime and Zotaku I was depressed hahaXD
Because I didn’t know what was going to happen~
And yeah~ my Macross post was laggy haha~ I was so sick I could barely function.
I actual don’t have a single day to myself all week~ I go to school during the weekdays… mondays I’m on campus from 7AM-10PM XD
And I have to baby sit baby siblings during the few hours I’m not in school~ and I end up working all weekendXD. I only have time to blog and watch anime at night really~ and thats only if I don’t have homework~ and being a 3rd year college student~ no matter how much I procrastinate I always seem to have too much work and too little time hahaXD
We need to invest in the production of a Time machine ZenicalXD
So then there’s more time to blog haha.
48 hour days would be nice…
my is like a fix routine already. lol , but then again this routine became a hobby of mine anyways. so yes is both a routine and hobby to blog( not write).
i believe abao took pics of the magazines with a camera and not scan them. ^^;
anyway i’ll be returning back to the army too. 2 weeks.
It so sad while seeing a dead blog and then there was a think that ” could my blog is dead too? ”
Me myself posibly to take a few rest since it’ll be hard for posting a single post coz i get realy busy in my college time…

LOL the only Blog I go to is Zotaku so that’s where I get most of my anime info fix. I had huge problems posting when I was blogging about games in Zenime. Glad to know that the problem is fixed though xD.
Basically, due to real life issues, I’m stuck at 1 update a week on average (I can churn out more if I link my reviews to the other stuff I’ve written elsewhere), but hopefully that’s enough to keep readers coming back. With all the OP/EDs and soundtracks to review, this could get rather heavy. It’s fun though!

I had a bunch of posts for zenime.com, but sadly was shut down before I could officially post them. I’m still willing to blog if you’re interested. Probably spontaneous posts until December/January. Once I’m done with college apps, I’m basically free to do whatever.
