He left the house to go mountain climbing on 11 September, 2009. He did not return and thus his wife made a report on his disappearance on 12 September, 2009. A climber found a body on 19 September, 2009 which police stated that the clothes resembled that of Usui’s ones.

What will happen to Crayon Shin-Chan now?

Usui has already handed the manuscripts of Crayon Shin-chan manga corresponding to the serialization until the end of this year.

It looks like the manga will be running until the end of this year. I heard of Crayon Shin-Chan, my friends are huge fans of the manga, but I never got myself to read the manga. Maybe it’s a good time to start on the manga now.

Do you know Crayon Shin-Chan?

Shiin-chan is very popular in Hong Kong as well – even those who don’t watch it like me would at least know about it. I’m not so into it but I did read a chapter or two of the manga as well as seeing it on TV before about this naughty kid. Definitely a classic by now, so it’s a pity to see it going.
