Sengoku Basara Limited Edition Bento

Folks in Japan will be able to purchase this awesome Sengoku Basara Limited Edition Bento by Kobayashi, a bento producer based in Sendai City in the northern Japanese prefecture of Miyagi. Until December 31, 2009, the vendors at Japan Railways station in Sendai will sell the bento.

The Sengoku Basara anime version of the real-life samurai Masamune Date adorns the wrapping on the Dokuganryuu Masamune Bento. Who would consume the bento after buying?XD. Keep it!!
The bentō helps promote the “Sendai-Miyagi ‘Date na Tabi’ Campaign,” which will bring sightseers of historical Japan …

In this arcade game, it’s all about the rage. Japanese arcade game Cho Chabudai Gaeshi is a score attack game that lets players pound a soft table for combos and then upend it for the finishing move.

The Body of Yoshito Usui Identified

On Sunday, the police have identified the body discovered at Arafune Mountain to be Usui Yoshito, Crayon Shin-chan manga creator. He was found at the foot of a cliff called Tomoiwa

He left the house to go mountain climbing on 11 September, 2009. He did not return and thus his wife made a report on his disappearance on 12 September, 2009. A climber found a body on 19 September, 2009 which police stated that the clothes resembled that of Usui’s ones.

Left 4 Dead 2 Banned In Australia

This is not a first for video games to be banned in a country. I remember back when Mass Effect was about to be released, Singapore decided to ban the game because it is possible to make a woman and a female alien to have sex if you chose to play as a female character in the game. Soon after, Singapore’s Media Development Authority (MDA) lifted the ban and instead put a M18 rating on the box cover so as to “enable highly anticipated games to be launched in Singapore”.

1/6 Saber Alter Maid Version Details

Details have been released of the upcoming 1/6 scale Saber Maid Version by Alter.

The figurine will be sold exclusively online at Hobby Japan Online Shop. Reservations will start on September 25, 2009 and will run until November 10, 2009. International Shipment not supported, so you’ll need a proxy if you’re intending to get this lovely figurine!

Retail price is at 8,000 yen and scheduled for release this April 2010. The interesting bit(probably poisoning for Saber Fanboys) is that this tiny figure of Saber will be included together(picture above).
