The official website for the Haruhi Suzumiya anime franchise has began streaming a one-minute promotional video for The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya film on Friday, December 18 at 4:23 a.m. Japan Time. The site “disappears” and deliberately posts a false “The page cannot be found” message in Japanese before the video is streamed! Disappearance indeed ^^”.
The Disappearance of Suzumiya Haruhi Film is scheduled to be out in cinemas this February 6 2010 in Japan. Folks living there will want to check out the movie, which I believe most of us are anticipating for it. At least no more Endless 8 now >_<.
The trailer looks good. I wonder if we’ll ever see a licensed English-language release, or if the backlash over Endless Eight doomed the franchise.
