Opening Figurines
In an attempt to do a post.. I was thinking of adding my nendoroid/figma into my photos. And well, I just remembered I still have these babies that I have not opened yet T_T.
Well my total Nendoroids Count stands at 6 currently, including my latest addition Sebastian.
Earlier on Mr Optic mentioned that I don’t open my figurines, so I should just order bikini figurines since no one will know! LOL.
And behold the other “brand new” figurines.. ^^” That’s not all.. I still have a 1/7 Alter Yagami Hayate in my cupboard. Orz.
As I only purchase Nanoha-related figurine, my collection is small =D. But well if you take a look to the left(the display cabinet) you can probably see LOTS of CDS/DVDS!!! LOL.
Well to explain why I have so many unopened figurines – the reason is.. I don’t have the space to display them!! And my mindset is that if I open them, I gotta display them no matter what, I’m not going to open and store them back into the box!
So there you have it, until I get a bigger room or more cabinets, they’ll be prisoners in their boxes until I have the space ><.
Do you open all your figurines?
Your gonna have a big problem when u get Alter Fate. And lets not forget about Alter Nanoha as well where u will have a bigger problem then.
Yeah, I still have a space problem. That’s why half of my figmas are still in the box. lol

Shana Nend. WANT!! >< but wow nice stack of unopened figures but it’s understandable if you don’t have the space^^ I didn’t have the space for my recent figures so kept them in the box but a day later temptation led me to open them so I had to re-organize and they all look a little cluttered now^^ I leave my Nend. Sakura in the box even though I play with her the most:/ fear of dust I guess. But I just bought 2 glass shelves so that can relieve some clutterness, so my suggestion is to buy shelves or re-arrange ^^ Figures should be shown not CD’s xD

You could have just found a box and stuffed your money in them… it would be about the same if your figures are imprisoned like that lol xD

Yeah you purchased me and didnt even open me.I feel kinda pissed ^^
i definately know that feeling that you wanna display your figure when you opened her.Will there be any solution to the space problem in the near future?

I can free up Hayate for you if you like :P
In all honesty, I have one figure stashed in my closet. It’s GSC’s Mizuho sensei and she’s the only bikini figure I have, so you probably know why she’s boxed XD Well…There’s also Gift’s Saber and Alter’s Louise, they technically don’t count because I stashed them at my friend’s house ^^;

@ Optic: that’s why I’m looking into “solving” my space problem. LOL.
@ Roy: CDs are just as good as my figurines, because the cost of 1 single = close to 1 figma price, 1 album = 1 nendoroid price, 1 DVD = 3/4 of a scaled figurine, 1 blu-ray= 1 scaled figurine. Who says CDs/DVDs are cheap? :( they’re just as expensive as figurines! LOL.

I don’t think not opening figures is necessarily a bad thing. You’ll open them when the time is right for you. I am pretty sure the total amount of figures that you haven’t opened up is not a problem when compared to mine, lol. Congrats on your Sebastian. I’m still waiting on mine. :)

I open them because they look so sad in their boxes.
But I know some collectors tend to leave them in the box.
The good thing is that it doesn’t take up as must space as when you
actually take the figures out.
