Just when we thought there will be more death threats made against singers, we have the latest news – a flasher!

A man was arrested yesterday for obscenity in public after he reportedly flashed passengers aboard the JR Kagoshima Line.

Flasher Causes Train To Delay, Affecting 7,000

Ishikawa, who told police he was unemployed and homeless, admitted to the charges, and was quoted as saying: “I got on the train with the intention of flashing someone.”

The conductors attempted to question Ishikawa about the flashing incident but he escaped at Spaceworld Station in Kitakyushu City, running for about 650 metres before he was apprehended by the JR Staff. He was fully clothed when he made his escape.

Due to him, the train was stopped for over 30 minutes which caused 13 other trains to be delayed or canceled – affecting approximately 7,000 passengers!

Okay, it’s great that the police in Japan are actually doing their job. They even stopped the train and delayed/canceled other trains just to apprehend this guy! What was going on in his mind when he actually flashed? o.O Did he want some attention?
